Elisabetta, founded the winery from a scratch with the savings of a life worked in the automotive industry. Giuseppe, son of Elisabetta, joined her in 2019, after working several years in tech abroad. "We use grapes coming only from our vineyards. We“respect” as much as possible our raw material, the grapes, and work mainly with steel tanks and wooden barrels."
FRANCIACORTA BRUT
Made from hand-picked Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes and according to organic viticulture. Brut is a versatile wine, ideal to accompany the whole meal. Straw yellow color and delicate notes of stones fruits.
Cuvée of Chardonnay (70%) and of Pinot Noir (30%)
FRANCIACORTA ROSE'
Made from hand-picked Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes and according to organic viticulture. Rosé is a wine with character, ideal for daring combinations, such as with cold cuts and roasts. Onion skin pink color and notes of small red fruits on the nose.
